How to set network used always to 2G (GSM only) to set in order to make the network used always on 2G network can be done through 2 ways. First: enter to Menu > Settings > Wireless controls > Mobile network settings, then check list on "Use only 2G networks" choice. Second way: in mobile, press *#*#INFO#*#* or *#*#4636#*#*.
